RF Sensor Frequency to Voltage Signal Converters

SPECTEC's Model 4016 and 4057 frequency to voltage (FTV) signal converters, for use with RF flow sensors, handling both the 4 ohm/.450 mH (Cox) and 12 ohm/1.0 mH (FTI) RF pickups.

The Model 4016 Frequency To Voltage Converter configures either as a 0-5 v or 0-10 V output (changed with a with a jumper). The scale of the output is proportional to the frequency of the input signal. The ZERO and SPAN adjustments make it easy to calibrate to almost any measurement range, with virtually no interaction between the potentiometers.

Input and output configurations are field selectable to fit most applications and can be used with either 2-wire or 3-wire power supply configuration. Fits compactly into an explosion-proof Y3 enclosure.

Model 4057 Programmable Frequency to Current Converter

The Model 4057 Frequency To Current/Frequency to Voltage Converter features user selectable output modes - quickly selected via a backlit LCD screen and push-button dial.

Users select from various modes of digital frequency output, while simultaneously providing an analog output. The analog output option can be set to convert the input frequency to either a proportional voltage (FTV) with either a 0-5 V or 0-10 V output. The digital output may be programmed to multiply, divide, or apply a K-factor scalar to the input frequency.
